Crankshaft Rebuilding Services

Crankshaft Rebuilding Services (CRS) is a company established by Graham Selwood to provide a service to the Motorcycle & Marine Industries.

Backed by his extensive (40 year) experience in rebuilding cranks to exacting tolerances, a new 45T air/hydraulic press has been designed specifically for the rigidity and smooth operation necessary to accurately press cranks. Purpose-built jigs and alignment aids accurately hold and position components ensuring that minimum truing is required after pressing.

CRS is happy to provide a labour only service, with all the components required for rebuilding supplied by you. Most cranks can be rebuilt within a 48-hour turnaround.

For many years, Graham has been rebuilding two & three cylinder two stroke cranks to racing tolerances, and will source late model designed rod assemblies to upgrade earlier engines to contemporary standards.
